Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience, serving both government and industry. As a thought leader in government contracting, she has brought a myriad of specialized services and tools to the Department of Defense, civilian, and intelligence communities in disciplines such as: program management, intelligence & security, counter-threat finance, education & training, curriculum development & facilitation, acquisitions, logistics, financial management, policy support, and information technology.
Mrs. Sammons's background includes leadership roles at for two different small businesses, with the latest growing to a mid-sized business and being acquired by a publicly traded company in November of 2020.
In 2021, she utilized that experience to found Alpha InJenuity, as she prefers the attentive, quick-turn responses that small businesses are able to deliver to their government clients. This model has been very successful for AlphaInJenuity, as evidenced by the company's exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) scores. Jennifer enjoys taking on new challenges and utilizing her expertise to provide innovative and efficient solutions for essential government programs. An Arkansas native, she brings quality customer service to each of her clients and has a passion for giving back to communities across the South.

Director of Operations & Security
Sean is a retired United States Secret Service (USSS) Senior Special Agent (SSA) with over 30 years of military, law enforcement, investigations, and security experience. Sean served on two Presidents' Details, travelled performing protection for current & former Presidents, foreign heads of state, and Presidential candidates, and performed field office operations and investigations.
The majority of SSA Sammons’ career was spent in the Little Rock Field Office where he was assigned from 2003 until 2010 and then again from 2017 until February 2026 when he retired. Sean’s career included assignments to the Dignitary Protection Division in 2010 and the Presidential Protection Division from 2011 until 2017. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1995 until 2003. Sean also served as a Deputy Sheriff from 1998 until 2000 with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in Fayetteville, AR and then as a police officer with the North Little Rock, AR Police Department from 2000 until 2003. Sean has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and graduated the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, PA in 2022 receiving a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies.
